1. If you could describe your job to a 5 year old, how would you describe it?

I work with a lot of different people and teams every day to help make things happen and help make beautiful work come alive online.

2. What made you shift from agency to client side?

I loved being on the agency side but I wanted to switch to client side and be a part of the bigger picture and overall strategy. On the agency side, I saw my team's projects through. On the client side, I not only get to see my team's projects through, but I also get to see what all the other teams and platforms are doing and how it all stays cohesive and ties into one launch which is exciting.

3. If you could thank someone that helped get you to where you are now, who would you thank and what would you say?

I'd thank my first boss at the first advertising agency I worked at, right out of college and as a project coordinator -- I would tell her that I'm so grateful she believed in me, taught me to be confident in what I was doing, and gave me multiple opportunities to step up, own it, and take on more work so that I could keep growing my career. I think that started it all for me and my love for project management/production and advertising.
